Le'fant is seeking a Salesforce Software Engineer to provide support to our client with Salesforce.com (SFDC) development and integration in a large enterprise organization. The Salesforce Software Engineer will get to:
- Develop rapid prototypes, present demos of capabilities and functions of the SFDC platform, and implement solutions based on client requirements. Interface with all levels in the client organization directly and leverage expertise in communication.
- Plan and conduct major technical phases of significant projects by coordinating the efforts of technical support staff and the performance of assigned projects.
- Review the completion and implementation of technical products and evaluate vendors’ capabilities.
- Assist with training junior software engineer staff.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
You Have:
- Must be a US citizen or authorized to work in the U.S.
- Must Live in the US and have maintained a permanent residence in the US for at least the last 3 consecutive years (36 months)

Basic Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in developing with Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Apex, Java, C#, and JavaScript languages
- 5+ years of experience with developing on SFDC or Force.com platform
- 3+ years of experience with Salesforce CRM Analytics (formerly Einstein Analytics)
- 3+ years of experience with version control tools like GitHub or Bitbucket
- Experience with the Agile development process
- Ability to obtain VA Medium-Background Investigation clearance
- Has extensive experience and knowledge to design, code, test, debug and document software in a variety of programming languages.
- Has the knowledge of the latest programming languages and techniques.
- Has extensive experience in creating strategies for developing IT systems and applications.
- Has experience in evaluating alternative approaches and selecting optimal approaches.

- Salesforce Administrator
- Salesforce Platform Developer I and II Certifications

Annual salary is just one component of Le'fant's total compensation package. Compensation ranges may differ based on contract value but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience.
