Description
Responsibilities for Servers:
- Provide excellent customer service to our clients.
- Load and unload vans prior to the start and after completion of events.
- Serve food and beverages to the guests using proper etiquette guidelines.
- Remove dishes and glassware from tables.
- Set up and breakdown events including linens, dishes, silverware and decor items.
- Follow instructions to ensure event runs smoothly and all tasks are completed.
- Other duties as assigned.
Responsibilities for Bartenders:
- Must be RAMP certified.
- Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for clients.
- Professionally interact with clients.
- Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails.
- Follow all PA Liquor Control Board serving requirements including checking client identification to confirm it meets legal drinking age.
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- WORK EXPERIENCE: Retail or food service experience preferred.
- SKILLS: Friendly and excellent customer service skills.
- EDUCATION: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- CERTIFICATE/LICENSE: Valid Driver’s License and RAMP certification for bartenders.
- LANGUAGE: Complete written and oral knowledge of the English language.
- RESPONSIBILITY: Maintain good relations with customers.
- SECURITY/CONFIDENTIALITY: All materials and information obtained through working with our company may not be given or transferred outside of the company. Violation of confidentiality is grounds for termination.
- TRAINING: Any training held is mandatory.
- PERFORMANCE STANDARDS: Must be willing to adjust to last minute changes, engage and assist sales and kitchen staff and jump in where needed.
- WORKING CONDITIONS/ENVIRONMENT: Fast paced environment, high noise level, frequent walking, long hours during event days and lifting up to 50 lbs necessary.
Salary Description
$16-$18 per hour based on experience
