National Asset Recovery Specialists, Inc. (NARS) is looking for a dependable, organized Vehicle Lot Manager to oversee daily operations at our high-volume vehicle recovery lot in Dayton. This is a hands-on position that requires strong computer skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in an outdoor environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and organize a high-volume vehicle lot.
• Inspect incoming vehicles and enter vehicle details and condition reports into a computer, tablet, or handheld device.
• Maintain accurate vehicle records and inventory.
• Organize vehicle placement and keep the lot orderly.
• Track vehicle movement and update records as needed.
• Communicate with management and field staff regarding daily lot activity.
• Work independently and keep daily operations running smoothly.

Requirements

• Strong computer skills and proven data entry experience are REQUIRED.
• Previous experience entering vehicle information, inspection reports, condition reports, or inventory data into a computer or handheld device.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Reliable, dependable, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous automotive, towing, repossession, or vehicle lot experience is a plus.

This position involves both computer work and outdoor physical work. Applicants must be comfortable performing BOTH.

• Valid Ohio Driver's License with no more than two points on your Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)
• 23 years of age or older
• Applicants must pass an FBI background check
• Applicants must pass pre-employment drug screening
• High School Diploma or GED.
