With offices in Austin, Dallas, Houston, and San Antonio, our more than 100 employee-owners collaborate on projects throughout Texas and across the United States.
We are looking for a Landscape Architect/Designer with 5–8 years of professional experience to join our Austin studio. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing design creativity with project leadership and building lasting relationships with clients and teammates.
Description:
- Lead design and production efforts across multiple phases of landscape architecture projects.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop thoughtful, innovative design solutions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and responsive service.
- Prepare and deliver presentations for clients, stakeholders, and public meetings.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to a collaborative studio culture.
Qualifications:
- Experience managing project tasks and coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong written, verbal, visual, and presentation skills with proficiency in industry-standard design software.
- Ability to think critically, solve complex design challenges, and consistently deliver high-quality work.
- Collaborative leadership that builds trust and consensus.
