Job Duties:

• Maintain a clean and safe work station, dishes, equipment, kitchen, and dining area
• Prepare food as directed by dietary supervisor
• Abide by all dietary orders and safety guidelines for each resident.
• Assist in serving meals
• Maintain a positive attitude towards co-workers and residents
• Report to the dietary supervisor
• Other dietary responsibilities as assigned

• Ability to read and follow directions for all product labels, charts, orders, signs, etc... within the facility.
• Ability to follow guidance of the dietary supervisor
• Ability to communicate effectively with staff and residents
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 40 lbs
• Ability to stand and walk for long hours
