Registered Nurse - Skilled Nursing


Join our dedicated healthcare team as a Registered Nurse in our skilled nursing facility, where your expertise will make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents. We are committed to providing compassionate, high-quality care in a supportive environment that fosters professional growth and development.


We offer POOL/Per Diem shifts of 8 hours and 12 hours so you can schedule what works best for you.  


Key Responsibilities:

- Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents in accordance with physician orders and established care plans

- Monitor, assess, and document residents' health status, including vital signs, symptoms, and responses to treatments

- Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely

- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and update individualized care plans

- Educate residents and their families about health conditions, treatments, and wellness strategies

- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations, policies, and safety standards

- Respond promptly to emergencies and provide necessary interventions

- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records and documentation

Requirements

 

Skills and Qualifications:

- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice

- Proven experience in skilled nursing or long-term care settings preferred

- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team

- Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care

- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and safety protocols

- Ability to handle multiple priorities and remain calm under pressure
