We are looking for a dynamic HR Specialist / HR Coordinator to join our team and support our workforce during an exciting period of growth.
We are seeking an energetic, self-motivated HR professional who thrives in high-energy manufacturing settings. In this role, you will be a vital point of contact for our workforce, handling daily HR operations and employee relations. Because the majority of our production team speaks Spanish, fluent bilingual communication skills (English/Spanish) are strictly required
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary HR point of contact for employees, providing responsive and professional support in both English and Spanish.
- Support daily HR operations, employee relations, onboarding, and compliance activities.
- Coordinate recruiting activities for hourly manufacturing positions, including Production, Packaging, Sanitation, Warehouse, and other entry-level roles.
- Schedule interviews, communicate with candidates and coordinate pre-employment requirements.
- Coordinate and conduct new-hire onboarding and orientation, ensuring required employment documentation is completed accurately.
- Complete and monitor Form I-9 and E-Verify requirements.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS information.
- Process employee status changes, including promotions, transfers, pay changes, position changes, and terminations.
- Assist employees with HRIS access, timekeeping, payroll, benefits, and general HR-related questions.
- Support attendance tracking and communicate attendance concerns to HR and management.
- Assist HR with corrective actions, documentation, investigations, and other employee relations matters as directed.
- Assist with the filing, organization, retention, and maintenance of confidential HR and personnel documents in accordance with company requirements and applicable regulations.
- Support leave administration by providing employees with appropriate information and routing requests to the appropriate HR representative.
- Maintain a visible HR presence on the manufacturing floor and build positive working relationships with employees, supervisors, and managers.
- Assist with employee communications, recognition programs, company events, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Help ensure compliance with company policies and applicable federal, state, and local employment requirements.
- Adapt to changing organizational and operational needs in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Work between the company's Thornton and Louisville facilities based on business needs, with one primary work location scheduled per day and no routine same-day travel required.
- Participate in HR-related projects and initiatives as assigned.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What We Are Looking For
- Bilingual Fluency: Strict fluency in written and spoken Spanish is required to effectively support our production team.
- Manufacturing Experience: 2 years of proven experience navigating the fast-paced, high-volume environment of a manufacturing or production facility (800+ employee scale preferred).
- Adaptable & Teachable: A mindset that welcomes learning new approaches, systems, and processes quickly.
- High Initiative: A self-starter who doesn’t wait for direction, is self-motivated, and brings positive energy to the team.
- Team-First Attitude: A strong collaborator who works seamlessly across departments and management levels.
- Reliable Commute: Ability to reliably commute to either our Thornton office or Louisville office based on the weekly schedule.
- Flexible Schedule: Is able to work lates and mornings in order to support all 3 shifts.

Location: Louisville and Thornton
Compensation Range: $27.00 to $32.00 per hour

Compensation is based on the level of experience, other relevant experience, and requirements of the position. The range provided serves only as a guideline and does not automatically qualify all candidates (internal or external) for the high end of the range.
