The Senior Human Resource Business Partner (Sr. HRBP) is a seasoned strategic partner who advises and collaborates with business leaders to align HR strategies with business goals and to shape the people agenda across the organization. Based on-site, the Sr. HRBP serves as the senior HR partner and trusted advisor for the plant—providing expert guidance on complex employee relations, engagement, and day-to-day people matters—while also leading and owning a meaningful portion of broader talent management initiatives that reach beyond a single location. This role blends senior-level site HR leadership with a leading role in corporate talent projects spanning talent acquisition, performance, development, and succession, and includes mentoring and coaching less-experienced HR team members. It is well suited to a senior practitioner who wants to expand their enterprise impact beyond plant HR. The Sr. HRBP will work closely with both site and senior corporate leadership to develop and implement HR policies, programs, and practices that enhance employee performance, engagement, and retention.
