Client Relations Specialist:

developmental disabilities (I/DD), assisting them to lead dignified, independent lives in the comfort and safety of their own homes and the community in which they live.
Rever Grand is seeking a Client Relations Specialist to be a part of our dedicated administrative team that serves the I/DD community. The Client Relations Specialist builds and maintains strong relationships with current and prospective clients and/or their representatives, as well as case managers and Direct Support Professionals (DSP’s). Delivering exceptional customer service, this role serves as an expert on Rever Grand’s services. This position guides clients through several processes, including onboarding, annual renewals, medication management and DSP matching. This ensures consistent and long-term satisfaction through regular, proactive communication.

Schedule
· Full-time, Non-exempt
· Mondays – Fridays, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Essential Functions:
• Promote and educate clients and/or their representatives on the services that Rever Grand provides.
• Contact prospective clients and/or their representatives to assess client needs and establish an ongoing relationship.
• Assist clients and/or their representatives through all facets of the onboarding and annual renewal processes, including completion of necessary paperwork and processing of documents, answering all questions thoroughly.
• Develop and maintain ongoing relationships with clients, representatives, and case managers through superior customer service.
• Ensure proper maintenance of client records to guarantee accuracy and confidentiality.
• Conduct ongoing follow-ups with clients and/or representatives for quality assurance and to maintain the service relationship.
• Act as the main point of contact in the administrative office for clients and/or their representatives; facilitate resolution of client issues.
• Communicate via phone, email and/or text message with employees, clients, and external contacts, exuding excellent service skills, knowledge, and professionalism.
• Facilitate successful client and DSP matches by reviewing schedules, DSP skill sets, and any other relevant information to make a qualified match.
• Work with Physicians’ offices to obtain current and complete medication records for clients to assist with completion and review of monthly logs documenting medication administered by DSPs.
• Utilize data entry systems to respond to and document phone calls, emails, and text messages with strong attention to detail.
• Learn and maintain a thorough knowledge of the paperwork that is required for Rever Grand to provide services to clients.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive and private information, following HIPAA and company guidelines.
• Adhere to all policies and procedures set forth by Rever Grand as well as state regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Three or more years of experience in administration, customer service and/or data entry and analysis, or other related areas.
• Knowledge of Community Living Support agency operations a plus.
Physical Requirements:
• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Limited periods of standing, walking, reaching, stretching may be required.
• Frequent communication verbally and electronically.
• Occasionally lift and/or move up to 15 pounds.
Other Requirements:
• Must pass and maintain background clearance as defined by Oregon State Background Regulations.
