Hourly Wage: $20.00–$25.00 per hour (DOE)
Schedule: Approximately 40 hours per week; evenings, weekends, and holidays required as needed
Position Summary
Located in beautiful Cherry Hills Village, Glenmoor Country Club is an upscale, family-oriented private club featuring an 18-hole Pete Dye-designed golf course, exceptional dining, racquet sports, aquatics, and vibrant year-round programming.
We are looking for a dependable, hands-on Facilities Maintenance team member to help keep our Club facilities and property clean, safe, functional, and well maintained. This role includes general maintenance and repairs, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, cleaning and upkeep, and assisting wherever needed throughout the property. Initially, the position will also help maintain the pool and surrounding areas and prepare our new clubhouse for opening.
What You’ll Do
- Maintain the clubhouse, Halfway House, pool and pool deck, surrounding structures, parking lots, walkways, and other Club facilities and property.
- Perform routine cleaning, sweeping, power washing, trash removal, snow and ice removal, and general property upkeep.
- Assist with general repairs and maintenance involving plumbing fixtures, furniture, woodwork, electrical systems, appliances, ventilation systems, building structures, and other Club equipment.
- Participate in preventive maintenance of building systems, equipment, and fixtures.
- Help prepare the new clubhouse for opening, including cleaning, organizing, moving items, and general set-up.
- Identify maintenance needs, equipment problems, and potential safety hazards and report them to management.
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized maintenance and storage areas and safely operate tools and equipment.
- Assist with other maintenance, cleaning, grounds, and property-related projects based on the needs of the Club.
What We’re Looking For
- Basic maintenance, building trades, or custodial experience preferred, but not required.
- Mechanically inclined with an interest in learning and performing hands-on maintenance and repairs.
- Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to cleanliness, safety, and detail.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn, take direction, and assist wherever needed.
- Ability to lift and carry at least 50 pounds and regularly stand, walk, bend, stoop, and kneel.
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors, around the pool, and in varying weather conditions.
- Dependable attendance and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
