As we enter our next phase of growth, we’re hiring a Director of Marketing, EMEA/APAC to help translate our market leadership into a modern, high-performing pipeline engine. This role sits at the center of how we go to market – owning the strategy, systems, and execution required to drive predictable, efficient revenue growth.
Momentus is seeking a highly skilled Director of Marketing – EMEA/APAC to join our marketing organization. This role is pivotal in scaling our demand generation and field marketing function and ensuring tight alignment with pipeline and revenue goals.
You will own the end-to-end demand generation engine, leveraging both the art and science of marketing – including AI-driven insights and automation – to attract, nurture, and convert high-quality pipeline. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in demand generation and field marketing with the ability to build mature reporting frameworks, generate actionable insights, and apply modern, AI-native tools to continuously improve performance and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Pipeline generation
- Develop and execute a comprehensive demand generation strategy tied directly to pipeline and revenue goals
- Build programs that consistently generate high-quality, sales-ready opportunities
Modern, AI-native demand engine
- Leverage AI and automation to improve targeting, personalization, lead scoring, and campaign execution
- Apply predictive analytics to identify high-intent prospects and improve conversion and efficiency
- Continuously evaluate and integrate emerging AI-driven tools into the marketing stack
Full-funnel optimization
- Own the funnel from acquisition through conversion, continuously improving conversion rates and pipeline velocity
- Partner closely with Sales and MarketingOps to ensure strong alignment, clean handoffs, and pipeline quality
- Plan and execute campaigns across channels (paid media, email, content, webinars, events, etc.)
- Allocate budget and effort based on performance and ROI
Data, reporting, and insights
- Build and refine reporting frameworks to measure performance across campaigns and channels
- Translate data into actionable insights that drive decision-making and resource allocation
Experimentation and continuous improvement
- Run a high-velocity testing roadmap across messaging, audiences, channels, and offers
- Scale what works and rapidly iterate on what doesn’t
Cross-functional alignment
- Partner with Product Marketing on positioning and messaging
- Align with Sales on ICP definition, targeting, and pipeline feedback loops
- Collaborate with Marketing and data teams to ensure scalable systems and accurate reporting
- 5+ years of experience in Marketing in a B2B SaaS environment
- Deep experience owning both strategy and execution in B2B SaaS demand generation
- Track record of driving measurable pipeline and revenue impact
- Strong experience building reporting frameworks and using data to optimize performance
- Fluency in SaaS metrics (CAC, LTV, pipeline velocity, conversion rates)
- Experience leveraging AI, automation, or advanced analytics to improve marketing outcomes
- Curiosity and bias toward adopting new tools and workflows to drive leverage
- Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot), ABM platforms (e.g., Demand Base), and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
- Familiarity with modern AI-enabled tools (intent data, predictive analytics, workflow automation, etc.) such as Clay, Qualified, Warmly, etc
- Comfortable operating as a highly autonomous individual contributor
- Able to move from strategy to execution quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally and influence without authority
