At Crown Toyota, the guest experience begins the moment someone pulls onto our lot. The Service Porter is an essential part of making that first impression count -- keeping inventory staged, vehicles clean and presentable, and the lot organized so guests can focus on finding the right vehicle.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Move and stage vehicles between the lot, service bays, and the service drive -- safely, efficiently, and with care for every vehicle in your hands

• Greet guests on the service drive with a friendly, professional presence -- you are often the first face they see

• Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of vehicles in the service department -- every car returned to a guest should leave in better condition than it arrived

• Keep the service drive, lot, and common areas clean, organized, and ready for guests at all times

• Assist service advisors and technicians with vehicle movement and staging to keep the workflow moving without delays

• Perform vehicle wash and detail duties as needed to support delivery readiness

• Support the service team with general tasks that keep the department operating at full speed

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• No prior automotive experience required -- we will train the right person from day one

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record -- required

• Physically capable of working on your feet and staying active throughout your shift -- this is an on-the-go, outdoor role in Southern California conditions

• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated -- the sales floor depends on you without needing to remind you

• Moves with a sense of urgency -- a lot that runs well makes the whole sales operation run better

• Positive, team-first attitude -- you support the people around you and take pride in your contribution

• Comfortable driving a wide variety of vehicles safely across the lot
