Position Summary:


The Warehouse Associate is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations through accurate inventory management, efficient order processing, receiving and shipment handling, and maintaining overall warehouse organization. This role ensures that products are properly received, stored, picked, packed, and prepared for delivery while maintaining accuracy and compliance with company procedures.

The Warehouse Associate plays a key role in maintaining inventory integrity, operational efficiency, and a safe work environment while supporting store operations and customer deliveries as needed.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments accurately and efficiently.
  •  Maintain accurate inventory control through proper documentation, organization, and system updates.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment in a timely and accurate manner.Operate warehouse equipment as needed, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in accordance with safety guidelines.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment in compliance with company and safety standards.
  • Assist with stock replenishment, cycle counts, and inventory audits as required. Support store operations by assisting with customer deliveries and product preparation.
  • Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and quality standards.
  • Perform additional duties assigned by management to support overall warehouse operations.
  • Ensure accurate inventory management. Stock new material and pull customer orders daily.
  • Distribute a wide variety of items to different addresses and on different routes and warehouse duties.
  • Represent the company professionally, ask for feedback, resolve complaints, and inform customers about new products and services.
  • Load, unload, prepare, inspect, and operate a company delivery vehicle. 
  • Follow routes and time schedules, complete logs and reports, and adhere to DOT regulations and safety standards.
Requirements
  • Proven work experience as a Delivery Driver.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record with no traffic violations.
  • Ability to pass a drug screening and criminal background check.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Must be able to operate a manual and or electric pallet jack and liftgate.
  • Ability to lift 25 pounds regularly and 50 pounds occasionally
  • Able to operate a forklift, prior certification and/or experience preferred
