Compensation: The expected salary/wage for this Minnesota-based position is between $110,000 -155,000. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s knowledge, skills, and or experience. In addition, this position may be eligible for a range of benefits (e.g., Medical, Dental, Vision, Health Savings Accounts, Health Care & Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, Disability Benefits, Life Insurance, and Retirement Benefits).

Basic Function 

The Human Resource Manager will serve as Imricor’s top Human Resource (HR) leader and direct the routine functions of the HR department, leading a team consisting of a Senior Human Resource Generalist and a Human Resource Specialist. The role will drive recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee engagement, and HR policy and compliance in a high-growth, fast paced environment.  This position is responsible for complying with the Quality System requirements and carrying out responsibilities as outlined in the environmental, health, and safety policies.  

Responsibilities

· Partners with the leadership team to understand and execute the organization’s human resource and talent strategy particularly as it relates to current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention, and succession planning.

· Provides support and guidance to HR staff, management, and other staff when complex, specialized, and sensitive questions and issues arise.

· Manages the talent acquisition process, which may include recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of qualified job applicants, particularly for managerial, exempt, and professional roles; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.

· Analyzes trends in compensation and benefits; researches and proposes competitive base and incentive pay programs to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent.

· Creates learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees.

· Implements and optimizes HR systems and tools (e.g., HRIS, ATS, performance management), ensuring they are integrated with Finance and IT systems and support scalable, efficient workflows as the organization grows.

· Oversees employee investigations, disciplinary meetings, and terminations. Serves as escalation point for complex employee relations issues and partners with outside counsel as needed.

· Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law. Reviews, implements, and maintains policies and practices to ensure compliance.

· Hire, train and manage HR employees and their activities to ensure high performance and accountability, collaboration, respect for diversity, and employee job satisfaction.

· Leadership role in the Company’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion efforts.

Requirements

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required or equivalent experience.

· 7-10 years human resource experience, including 3+ years in human resource management

· Experience in medical device industry and supporting international teams strongly preferred.

· SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP highly desired.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 

· Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.

· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.

· Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.

· Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.

· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

· Proficiency with, or the ability to quickly learn, the organization’s HRIS and talent management systems.


Working Conditions

· Light work, exerting up to 20 lbs. of force or less.

· Requires clarity of vision at 20 inches or less (near vision) and ability to identify/distinguish colors.

· Requires finger manipulation, repetitive motion, talking and hearing.

· 85% of time requires viewing and working at computer screen.

· Significant work pace & pressure due to deadlines.
