Requirements

  Qualifications  for position: Minimum qualifications include: Master’s in Counseling, Social Work or related field and program management  experience. 

  1. Description of duties and responsibilities: Provide Administrative Oversight and Clinical Services over programs assigned by   supervisor. 
  2. Skills and knowledge required
    1. Provide administrative oversight to programs as assigned by director. 
    2. Problem-solve issues interfering with program goals, collaborate with partners both internally and externally. 
    3. Experience  in youth prevention and treatment models.
    4. Collect data, create project timelines, budget reports and written program updates to the director.  
    5. Produce documents of various levels of complexity, ranging from plain copy typing to the manipulation of data to create complex presentations.
    6. Examine, check, and verify documents for completeness, appropriateness, accuracy.
    7. Work with an Electronic Health Records to complete tasks related to billing, scheduling, intakes, credentialing, etc. 
    8. Provide individual, group, couples and family counseling to youth clients and their families. 
    9. Attend and complete all required training as directed by director.
    10. Provide training to internal staff and external clinicians as assigned by director. 
    11. Attend meetings with external funding sources and community stakeholders as needed.
    12. Other duties as assigned.

  4. Salary range: $70k-$75k per year to start, based on experience, opportunities for advancement in salary and responsibilities.
