Summary

The Entertainment & Events Coordinator supports the Entertainment & Events Manager in the planning, coordination, and execution of entertainment and non-gaming events that drive guest visitation, enhance the Little Creek Casino Resort brand, and generate incremental revenue. This position provides day-to-day coordination and administrative support throughout the event lifecycle, including entertainment and vendor coordination, ticketing operations, event logistics, hospitality, promotional support, reporting, and day-of-show execution.

The Entertainment & Events Coordinator works closely with internal departments, artists, agents, vendors, production partners, and other stakeholders to ensure assigned event responsibilities are completed accurately, efficiently, and on schedule. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, flexibility, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced entertainment environment.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Supports the Entertainment & Events Manager in the planning, coordination, execution, and post-event evaluation of entertainment and non-gaming events.
  • Coordinates assigned event responsibilities and follows established timelines to support successful event execution.
  • Assists the Entertainment & Events Manager with ensuring artist hospitality riders and event requirements are fulfilled.
  • Serves as a secondary point of contact for entertainment vendors, agents, artists, production partners, and other event-related contacts.
  • Assists with sourcing entertainment, vendors, and event-related services as directed by the Entertainment & Events Manager.
  • Coordinates event logistics, including ground transportation, lodging, meal cards, hospitality, dressing rooms, production offices, and other artist or production requirements.
  • Coordinates with internal departments and external partners to ensure event requirements are communicated and completed accurately and timely.
  • Attends concerts, entertainment events, and other assigned events to support event execution and provide assistance to guests, artists, vendors, and production personnel.
  • Supports day-of-show operations, including placement of event signage, dressing room and production office setup, hospitality execution, and coordination of event-related activities.
  • Coordinates staffing for day-of-show ticket and identification scanning in partnership with appropriate departments.
  • Prepares ticket-scanning and identification-scanning equipment for events, ensuring equipment is charged, connected to Wi-Fi, and functioning properly.
  • Provides on-site support during events and assists with resolving operational issues, escalating concerns to the Entertainment & Events Manager or appropriate department as needed.
  • Supports ticket pre-sale and on-sale activities, entertainment announcements, promotional messaging, and advertising execution.
  • Assists the Entertainment & Events Manager with coordinating promotional timelines and ensuring marketing deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule.
  • Secures and organizes entertainment promotional materials, including artist biographies, photographs, videos, logos, and other approved assets.
  • Coordinates with the Graphic Designer and other internal partners to support the timely development of event collateral while maintaining Little Creek Casino Resort and artist brand standards.
  • Maintains working knowledge of the ticketing platform and performs assigned ticketing functions, including event builds, pre-sales, on-sales, ticket inventory, and related event configurations.
  • Monitors ticket sales activity and creates and distributes Ticket Count Reports three times weekly or as directed.
  • Assists with coordinating event information, ticketing details, schedules, promotional materials, and operational requirements across departments.
  • Coordinates with the Entertainment & Events Manager to capture engaging moments for Little Creek Casino Resort social media, including taking live photos of events for social media, gallery displays, marketing use, and archival purposes.
  • Tracks assigned Entertainment & Events expenses and assists with budget monitoring and reconciliation.
  • Reviews and processes invoices for artists, entertainment, vendors, and other event-related services in accordance with established procedures.
  • Maintains organized records of event information, contracts, invoices, promotional materials, reports, and other related documentation.
  • Participates in Entertainment & Events team meetings and provides weekly status updates regarding assigned projects, events, and responsibilities.
  • Establishes and maintains positive working relationships with internal departments, artists, vendors, agents, production partners, and other stakeholders.
  • Promotes a positive guest and artist experience while maintaining professionalism and composure in high-pressure and time-sensitive situations.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

S.I.G.E. TRIBAL - STATE COMPACT & ACCOUNTING & INTERNAL CONTROL

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for Internal Control and Compact compliance regarding Casino Operations and ensure compliance with regulations of the Tribal Gaming Commission.

Requirements

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Two (2) or more years of experience in event coordination, entertainment, hospitality, marketing, venue operations, or a related field required.
  • Experience working in a casino, resort, hotel, entertainment venue, concert venue, or similar environment preferred.
  • Experience coordinating with vendors, entertainers, artists, agents, production partners, or other external stakeholders preferred.
  • Experience with ticketing platforms, event management systems, registration systems, or similar technology preferred.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

  • Class III Gaming License issued by the Washington State Gambling Commission.
  • Must have valid Washington State Driver’s License. 
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.

Physical Demands:

While performing the duties of this position, the Team Member is regularly required to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform physical activities associated with event setup and execution. The position may require lifting, carrying, and moving materials and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds. The position may require extended periods of standing and working during concerts and other events.


Work Environment:

Work is performed in a fast-paced entertainment, hospitality, and casino resort environment. The position regularly works around guests, entertainers, vendors, production personnel, and internal team members. Work schedules may vary based on the entertainment and event calendar and may include nights, weekends, holidays, early mornings, late nights, and extended hours. The position may be exposed to elevated noise levels, crowds, changing temperatures, and other conditions associated with concerts and live events.
