Position Summary
The Completion Manager is responsible for the design and field execution of preparing wells for sales from drilling rig release to first sales. This includes fracture stimulation design, operational field oversight, forecast, scheduling and monitoring of capital budgets. As a member of the TGNR operational organization, the goal is to be top tier in safety, environmental responsibility, cost, and well performance. Interdisciplinary teamwork and excellent leadership skills are critical to success.
Key Responsibilities
- Provides project management leadership in the development completion operations, especially in developing and executing annual budgets.
- Develop and implement completion strategies, ensuring alignment with reservoir and production goals.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations, as well as company policies and industry best practices. Pursues technology, practices and approaches that will improve worker safety and reduce environmental impact.
- Monitor expenditures, optimize resource allocation, and ensure operations remain within budget.
- Leads team meetings, acting as a key liaison within internal organizations in the coordination of company projects to ensure the most efficient project execution.
- Responsible for communicating team results and status of active and planned projects to operations team and other departments.
- Monitor well performance, analyze completion efficiency, and generate reports for continuous improvement.
- Stays abreast of latest technologies in completion effectiveness, operational efficiency and brings appropriate innovation during execution to remain ahead of competitors for cost reduction, minimizing safety exposure, and performance improvement.
- Provides engineering discipline input into the budget process, specifically operations scheduling and completion cost estimation, as well as future cost projections.
- Acts as a key liaison with contractors, suppliers, and competitors.
- On call support, including nights and weekends is required. Also available for short notice trips to field locations to respond to operational variances.
- Availability for routine field trips to assess operations, provide leadership presence, and celebrate accomplishments.
- Conducts business with the highest ethical standards; demonstrates decision-making skills that ensure the safety of all.

Requirements
Qualifications
- A minimum of 15 years experience, minimum of 5 years in completions preferably in the Haynesville and 5 years of leadership experience preferred
- Bachelors degree required, preferably in Petroleum Engineering
- High proficiency in Microsoft applications (such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
- Familiarity with industry software for Well Lifecycle
- Data analytical skills with tools such as Power BI or Spotfire
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working within multidiscipline teams, a requirement
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment.
