Responsibilities:
- Ensure the highest quality standards in plastic molding manufacturing processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement quality control procedures.
- Conduct OQ/PQ assessments to validate equipment and processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Lead PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) activities at all levels, from initial submission to final approval.
- Serve as an ISO-certified internal auditor, continuously improving quality management systems.
- Utilize CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) and View Finder for precise measurements and inspections.
- Design and execute experiments (DOE) to optimize production processes and minimize defects.
- Sample products according to customer requirements, maintaining rigorous quality standards.
- Proficiently use MS Excel and MS Word for data analysis, reporting, and documentation.
- Collaborate cross-functionally and across departments to drive quality improvements.
- Build strong relationships with customers, addressing their quality concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a quality engineer or senior technician in an injection molding environment.
- Hands-on experience with CMM and View Finder for precise measurements and inspections.
- Expertise in completing PPAP requirements at all levels.
- Familiarity with OQ/PQ type of requirements and validation processes.
- ISO certification as an internal auditor is a strong advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word for data analysis and reporting.
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with colleagues and customers.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
