  2. Refine the user experience through disciplined iteration, moving concepts from experience goal to design-intent lock with clarity and purpose.
  3. Develop design-intent CAD and provide a complete, accurate handoff to Engineering.
  4. Partner with Engineering throughout design for manufacture, protecting the product's core ethos, user experience and critical design details while responding constructively to technical constraints.
  5. Deliver design work, decisions and handoffs according to agreed project timelines and quality expectations.
  6. Present concepts and recommendations clearly to the core team and cross- functional partners, incorporating feedback without losing sight of the design objective.
  7. Use sketches, CAD models, prototypes and other visual tools to communicate concepts, decisions and design details throughout the development process.
  8. Continuously strengthen knowledge of materials, manufacturing capabilities and product- development practices, then apply that learning to future work.

• Produces beautiful, brand-right products with a strong point of view.

• Delivers innovative and aesthetically compelling design work on time.

• Collaborates effectively with the core team and cross-functional partners.

• Balances curiosity and coachability with appropriate leadership for the role level.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of portfolio strength and relevant experience.
  • A portfolio demonstrating strong concept development, form exploration, user-centered thinking and products advanced toward manufacture.
  • Proficiency in 3D CAD, design visualization and sketch-based communication.
  • Ability to create and evaluate prototypes at the appropriate level of fidelity for the project phase.
  • Working knowledge of materials and manufacturing processes, with an eagerness to deepen technical understanding.
