Description

Suite Life Medical is seeking an experienced, compassionate, and clinically focused Nurse Manager to join our ambulatory infusion center team in Fall River, Massachusetts.


The Nurse Manager will play an integral role in overseeing day-to-day clinical operations, supporting our nursing team, maintaining high standards of patient care, and ensuring a safe, efficient, and positive experience for both patients and staff. This position will work closely with and under the supervision of our Regional Director of Nursing. This will be a combined administrative and clinical role, full time (40hr/week), benefit eligible position.


We are looking for a strong clinical leader who is organized, collaborative, and comfortable balancing hands-on patient care with staff leadership and operational responsibilities.


  • Oversee and support daily clinical operations of the ambulatory infusion center.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and clinical support to nursing and clinical staff.
  • Promote a culture of safety, accountability, teamwork, and exceptional patient care.
  • Assist with staff scheduling, coverage, workflow, and day-to-day staffing needs.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable nursing standards, policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor and promote adherence to infection prevention, medication safety, and patient safety practices.
  • Support staff onboarding, orientation, education, competency assessments, and ongoing development.
  • Assist with performance management and provide coaching and feedback to clinical staff.
  • Collaborate with providers, pharmacy, administration, and other members of the healthcare team to ensure coordinated patient care.
  • Help identify opportunities to improve clinical workflows, patient experience, efficiency, and quality outcomes.
  • Assist with maintaining appropriate documentation and clinical records.
  • Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives.
  • Serve as a clinical resource for staff and assist with addressing patient and family concerns.
  • Support implementation of organizational policies, procedures, and initiatives under the direction of the Regional Director of Nursing.
  • Maintain a professional, respectful, and patient-centered environment.
Requirements

 


  • Current RN license in Massachusetts and/or Rhode Isand; dual licensure or eligibility is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing required
  • Strong clinical assessment, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced outpatient clinical environment.
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and support a multidisciplinary clinical team.
  • Strong understanding of patient safety, medication administration, infection prevention, and nursing standards.
  • Infusion nursing experience is strongly preferred.
  • Previous nursing management or leadership experience is a plus.
  • Experience with ambulatory, outpatient, oncology, specialty infusion, or similar clinical settings is highly desirable.
