Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide skilled occupational therapy services
• Improve patients' functional independence and quality of life

Qualifications

• Current Michigan Occupational Therapist (OT) license
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
