Blue Core is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Final Assembly Operator to join our marine upholstery manufacturing team. This hands-on role is responsible for assembling and installing the final components and hardware on marine seating and upholstery products, ensuring each piece is complete and meets our quality standards before shipment.
The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, comfortable using hand and power tools, and takes pride in producing high-quality work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

- Install hinges, brackets, stainless-steel hardware, armrests, cup holders, mounting hardware, and other components
- Assemble upholstered components to plastic, Starboard, wood, and other backing materials
- Use drills, impact drivers, rivet guns, staple guns, hand tools, and other assembly equipment
- Read and follow assembly drawings, work instructions, part numbers, and production schedules
- Verify the correct parts, hardware, and options are installed for each boat model
- Inspect completed assemblies for fit, alignment, appearance, loose hardware, damage, or other quality concerns
- Correct minor assembly issues and communicate larger quality concerns to the appropriate team members
- Help ensure complete boat sets are assembled correctly and ready for shipment on schedule
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and properly care for tools and equipment
- Work closely with Upholstery, CNC/Plastic, Quality Control, Shipping, and other production teams
- Assist with rework, replacement parts, and other production needs as required

- Ability to work efficiently while maintaining consistent workmanship
- Dependable attendance and ability to work well as part of a team
- Willingness to learn Blue Core's products, boat models, part numbers, and quality standards

Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and work on your feet for the majority of the shift
- Ability to regularly lift and move marine seating and components
- Ability to bend, reach, kneel, and perform repetitive assembly tasks
- Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment
What We Offer

- 401(k) with company match
- Opportunities for growth and advancement as Blue Core continues to expand
At Blue Core, quality matters at every step. As a Final Assembly Operator, you'll be one of the last people to work on our products before they leave our facility. The goal is simple: every part assembled correctly, every boat set complete, and every product ready to meet our customers' expectations.
Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check and drug screening.
