LICENSED ELECTRICIAN

Join Something Being Built From the Ground Up.

Are you a licensed electrician who wants more than just another job?

Maybe you’re tired of being treated like a number.

Maybe you’re ready to work somewhere that values your skill, gives you room to grow, and lets you be part of building something new.

Metro Plumbing, Heating & Air is expanding into electrical service, and we’re looking for experienced Licensed Electricians to help us build the department the right way.

This is an opportunity to get in early, help set the standard, and grow with a company that already has an established customer base, strong brand, and successful plumbing and HVAC divisions.

What You'll Do

As a Licensed Electrician, you will:

  • Diagnose and repair residential electrical issues
  • Perform electrical installations and upgrades
  • Troubleshoot panels, circuits, outlets, lighting, and other residential electrical systems
  • Provide customers with clear repair and replacement options
  • Complete work safely and according to code
  • Maintain clean, professional workmanship
  • Communicate clearly with homeowners
  • Help establish the standards and culture of our new electrical department
  • Work alongside leadership to help grow the division

Who We're Looking For

We want electricians who take pride in their craft.

You should be someone who:

  • Holds the required electrical license
  • Has strong residential electrical experience
  • Can diagnose problems independently
  • Takes ownership of your work
  • Communicates well with customers
  • Values quality over shortcuts
  • Wants to continue learning and growing
  • Enjoys being part of a team but can work independently
  • Wants an opportunity to grow as the department grows

Why Join Metro?

You’re not walking into a department where everything has already been decided.

You’ll have the opportunity to help build it.

As one of the early electricians on the team, you’ll have a chance to help shape how we serve customers, how we perform work, and what kind of electrical department Metro becomes.

And as the department grows, so will the opportunities for the people who helped build it.

Compensation

$30–$40+ per hour, depending on experience and licensing

Plus:

  • Performance-based earning opportunities
  • Company vehicle
  • Benefits
  • Paid time off
  • Training and development
  • Advancement opportunities as the Electrical Department grows

Ready for Something Different?

If you’re a skilled electrician who takes pride in your work and you’re ready to be part of something from the beginning, we want to meet you.

Don’t just take another electrical job.

Come help us build Metro Electrical.
