  • Identify opportunities to connect DTC and HCP strategies and expand client relationships across HealthCentral’s broader portfolio.
  • Drive larger and more integrated commitments rather than relying solely on individual campaigns and RFP opportunities.

  • Understand each client’s brand strategy, strategic objectives, patient journey, HCP engagement strategy, target audiences, competitive environment, and commercial objectives.

  • Maintain strong visibility within the pharmaceutical advertising marketplace and build HealthCentral’s reputation as a strategic partner across both consumer and professional audiences.
  • Partner with Account Management to strengthen client relationships, identify organic growth opportunities, and maximize renewal and expansion potential.

Solution Selling

Who Will Thrive in This Role

You are commercially driven, highly credible with clients, and comfortable owning a significant revenue target. You understand the pharmaceutical advertising ecosystem and have the relationships and business development skills to create opportunities rather than simply responding to inbound RFPs.

You understand how pharmaceutical brands engage both patients and healthcare professionals and can identify opportunities across the full brand ecosystem. You are equally comfortable discussing commercial strategy with senior clients, developing an account growth plan, navigating complex DTC and HCP agency structures, and personally negotiating and closing multimillion-dollar deals.

Most importantly, you are a builder and a seller. You want to help modernize an established health media business, expand strategic pharmaceutical relationships, and deliver revenue today.
