Position Overview

Working closely with an assigned Project Manager, you will become a fully integrated project team member right away. At the end of ten weeks, the combination of on-the-job learning, training, meaningful project work and ongoing coaching will give you a realistic sense of the business analyst role and the consulting profession.

High-performing Summer Business Analysts will be given the opportunity to join us full-time.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and prepare client data to support project objectives
  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to identify insights
  • Build models to evaluate business scenarios and support recommendations
  • Support client interviews, research and data collection efforts
  • Develop clear, client-ready slides and materials
  • Contribute to team problem-solving and solution development
  • Support day-to-day project execution and deliverables
  • Communicate findings to team members
Requirements

  

Qualifications

  • Current enrollment as a rising senior pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, engineering, mathematics or related field
  • Strong academic track record
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Intermediate Excel and PowerPoint skills

  

Technical & Analytical Skills

  • Familiarity with data analysis tools or programming languages is a plus
  • Interest in applying data and technology to business and go-to-market challenges
  • Exposure to AI or analytics tools is helpful; ability to apply sound judgment to outputs is important

Salary: $30/hour
