Essential Functions:
- Perform assembly and production operations using tools, equipment, machinery, and established manufacturing processes.
- Set up and operate production equipment, including automated machinery, robots, workstations, and inspection equipment.
- Follow production schedules, work instructions, and manufacturing requirements established through the Material Requirements Planning (MRP) system.
- Assemble components and parts according to engineering drawings, specifications, and production instructions.
- Monitor production processes to ensure products meet quality, safety, and customer requirements.
- Perform basic testing and quality inspections throughout the manufacturing process.
- Identify and report process deviations, equipment issues, defects, and quality concerns to the Team Leader or appropriate supervisor.
- Maintain production equipment, tools, and workstations in clean and safe operating condition.
- Perform routine cleaning and housekeeping to maintain a safe, organized, and efficient manufacturing environment.
- Support production goals while maintaining established safety, quality, delivery, and productivity standards.
- Work collaboratively with team members, supervisors, quality personnel, and other manufacturing departments.
- Perform other production-related duties as assigned.
- 2+ years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment, preferably working with electronic, electrical, mechanical, or electromechanical equipment.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production efficiency, and quality standards.
- Ability to identify production issues and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Ability to follow work instructions, production procedures, and safety requirements.
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
