Join Our Team at YellowWood Wealth Solutions - YellowWood Wealth Solutions is an independent, fiduciary wealth management firm founded in 2018 after its leaders stepped away from a large Wall Street platform to build a client-first practice rooted in thoughtful planning, personalized advice, and genuine relationships. The team brings more than 60 years of combined experience and emphasizes collaboration, continuous learning, and a culture where each team member has a voice in improving the client experience. Guided by the belief that clients deserve more than a one-size-fits-all path, YellowWood helps individuals and families navigate important financial decisions with care, discipline, and a deep commitment to putting clients’ best interests first.
Position Overview - YellowWood is seeking a Senior Client Service Associate to provide advanced client service, operational leadership, and advisor support for a high-performing wealth management team. This role serves as a senior resource for clients, advisors, custodians, and internal partners, helping ensure complex service needs, account activity, and client workflows are handled with accuracy, urgency, and professionalism.
You will take ownership of high-priority client requests, help manage risk through strong documentation and compliance awareness, and serve as a trusted partner to advisors in delivering a consistent, high-touch client experience. This position is well-suited for an experienced client service professional who is polished, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced wealth management environment. The ideal candidate does not need to be currently registered but should bring strong financial services experience, sound judgment, a service-first mindset, and the ability to anticipate client and advisor needs.
Your Role & Responsibilities
You will support client service, advisor support, and operational workflows, including but not limited to:

· Support registered service activities within the scope of licensing, firm policy, and regulatory requirements
· Provide experienced, professional communication to clients across account activity, service requests, and relationship updates
· Anticipate client needs across households, recurring requests, life events, and advisor-directed priorities
· Partner with advisors to deliver a consistent, high-touch service model for high-net-worth and complex client relationships
· Help reinforce client confidence through accuracy, responsiveness, discretion, and strong follow-through
Account Maintenance & Operations
· Oversee complex account maintenance, money movement, transfers, distributions, account restrictions, beneficiary updates, and documentation workflows
· Review account forms, client instructions, custodian paperwork, and supporting documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance alignment
· Serve as an escalation point for processing issues, custodian delays, account discrepancies, and time-sensitive client service matters
· Coordinate resolution of complex operational items across advisors, custodians, compliance, trading, planning, and investment teams
· Monitor high-priority workflows through completion and ensure stakeholders are informed of status, risks, and next steps
· Identify recurring service or processing issues and recommend improvements to strengthen accuracy, efficiency, and risk controls
Advisor & Practice Support
· Act as a strategic service partner to advisors by managing complex priorities, client deliverables, and practice-level follow-through
· Prepare and quality-check advanced client meeting materials, reports, account documents, and post-meeting action items
· Help advisors maintain capacity by independently resolving advanced service matters and elevating only those requiring advisor input
· Provide guidance to junior or less-experienced client service team members on workflows, documentation standards, and service expectations
· Support client transitions, new advisor onboarding, book integrations, and practice-wide operational initiatives
· Contribute to a scalable service model by documenting procedures, improving workflows, and supporting consistent execution across the team
