Position Summary: This position is a hybrid role supporting both Guest Services and the Pro Football Hall of Fame Store, with a primary focus on the Box Office. The Box Office Guest Services Associate will welcome and assist guests as they enter the museum, process museum and event ticket sales, provide information about events and tours, and respond to phone and other guest inquiries. In addition, this position will support the Hall of Fame Store by assisting guests with merchandise purchases, operating the cash register and providing welcoming and fun guest experience.
Position Type & Schedule
This is a part-time position, working up to 25 hours per week. Candidates must have open scheduling availability between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Sunday, with the ability to work extended hours of 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays in the months of June through August.
A Day in the Life
- Provide a fun experience to Hall of Fame guests through active conversation and engagement.
- Provide information about events, process ticket sales, schedule museum tours.
- Handle cash and credit transactions and reconcile daily register.
- Resolve any ticketing issues or discrepancies promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the box office area and the retail store.
- Maintain accurate records of ticket sales and museum attendance.
- Assist with answering the store phones lines with courtesy and timely follow up.
- Engage with guests and sell merchandise in the Retail Store representing all 32 NFL teams and the Pro Football Hall of Fame.
- Complete tasks that ensure product is available and easy to shop – pulling, filling, pricing, setting, staging, and maintaining the sales floor and the backroom.

- Previous guest service experience is preferred, including experience in retail, ticketing, or a similar customer-facing environment.
- Ability to engage anyone in conversation and build lasting relationships.
- High energy, friendly, outgoing personality with a positive attitude and high energy.
- Ability to use a computer for data entry, cashiering, email, other simple functionalities.
- Ability to work weekends and evenings.
