Acura guests care about their vehicles and trust the technicians who work on them -- and we're looking for an experienced flat-rate technician who brings the diagnostic ability, the work ethic, and the quality standard to earn and keep that trust.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Diagnose and repair Acura vehicles across a full range of systems -- engine, transmission, brakes, electrical, suspension, HVAC, and beyond -- using Acura diagnostic platforms and OEM procedures

• Perform multi-point inspections and develop accurate repair plans -- communicating findings clearly to service advisors to support guest authorization

• Execute repairs to Acura factory specifications with speed, accuracy, and zero shortcuts

• Complete repair orders accurately -- documenting all work performed and parts used with precision

• Stay current on Acura technical service bulletins, software updates, and manufacturer repair procedures

• Perform test drives to validate diagnostic conclusions and confirm repair quality before vehicle return

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation throughout every shift

• Contribute to a shop culture where quality, accountability, and craftsmanship are the baseline

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 2+ years of flat-rate technician experience in a franchised dealership -- required

• Import brand experience preferred -- Acura and Honda backgrounds are a strong advantage; Toyota, Nissan, Mazda, Subaru, and other import platforms are welcome

• Strong diagnostic foundation -- able to work through multi-system problems accurately and efficiently

• ASE certifications a strong plus -- Acura factory certifications highly valued

• Low comeback rate and a quality standard you own

• Physically capable of performing the demands of the role throughout the shift

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
