Required education/experience:

· High School diploma or equivalent preferred

· Minimum of one year experience utilizing CNC burning equipment in a steel fabrication, service center or manufacturing environment heavily preferred, other experience considered.

Necessary (required) skills:

· Must have experience in the use of measuring equipment i.e., tape measures, calipers, micrometers, etc. 

· Basic math skills including decimals and fractions are required. 

· Must be organized and self-motivated

· Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment.

· Expected to be on time and strive for perfect attendance, as a minimum, following the TBSC attendance policy.
