Supervisor, Mobile Response and Stabilization Services – Crisis Services

Child Focus is seeking a Supervisor, Mobile Response and Stabilization Services to provide leadership, clinical oversight, training, quality assurance, and operational support for our youth mobile crisis team. This position works closely with the Assistant Director of Crisis Services to ensure high-quality crisis intervention services, staff development, compliance with regulatory standards, and continuous program improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide consultation, coaching, and support to MRSS team members.
- Monitor service quality, documentation, and compliance with clinical standards through supervision of team members.
- Assist with onboarding and training of new staff.
- Conduct record reviews, service monitoring, and quality assurance activities.
- Ensure adequate staffing coverage and provide direct crisis intervention services, as needed.

- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy
- Active Ohio licensure as an LSW, LPC, MFT, or higher.
- Experience in behavioral health crisis services preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and clinical decision-making skill
