We're looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Group Account Associate to be the linchpin in our benefits administration team. If you thrive in a collaborative environment and have a knack for clear communication, this role is perfect for you!


No Insurance background or qualifications are required. We provide on the job training, with supportive team members, and career mentorship.

What You'll Do:

  • Be the Go-To Expert: Collaborate with agents, carriers, and team members to manage and administer group benefits. Your      day will be filled with processing new hires, terminations, and handling various enrollment changes.
  • Tackle Billing & Enrollment: Resolve billing issues, provide ID cards, and manage address and employee changes. Ensure every detail is spot on!
  • Assist & Advise: Help agents navigate policy and employee information and guide them through the policy renewal process—everything from annual surveys to negotiating rate relief and processing plan changes.
  • Keep Everything in Check: Maintain up-to-date records, communicate compliance requirements, and ensure smooth data and      business communications for agents.
  • Build Strong Connections: Create meaningful relationships with agents, carriers, and their staff to foster a collaborative and supportive environment.


Requirements

 Who You Are:

  • Eager Learner: Some insurance knowledge is great, but your willingness to learn and adapt is even more important.
  • Team Player: You play well with others and communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
  • Detail-Oriented: With a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach, you tackle challenges head-on.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using Outlook with the ability to navigate various insurance carrier portals with ease.

  • Excellent Communicator: Whether it's written or verbal, you know how to get your message across clearly and effectively.
