CNC Mill Operator - Second Shift
Job Type
Full-time
Description

Join Our Team as a CNC Mill Operator on Second Shift at Empower Manufacturing!

The CNC Mill Operator is responsible for setting up and running CNC mills to produce precision parts that meet customer specifications. This role is not simply responsible for pressing cycle start — it is responsible for verifying the program, the setup, and the finished part before it moves on.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on operator who takes ownership of their machine, catches problems early through dry runs and offsets, and communicates clearly with Team Leads and Quality when something needs attention.

Success in this role requires attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and the discipline to inspect your own work every time.

At Empower Manufacturing, we value operators who are curious, solutions-focused, and team-oriented — always willing to learn a new program or setup rather than stick to just one job.
