- Identify and attract qualified Installers, Journeyman Plumbers, Drivers, and Warehouse professionals through job boards, referrals, networking, trade-focused sourcing, and proactive outreach.
- Conduct phone screens to evaluate relevant experience, technical qualifications, reliability, work history, and overall fit for the position.
- Understand role-specific requirements, including licensing, certifications, driving requirements, installation experience, and other qualifications needed for production positions.
- Partner closely with Production and Operations leaders to understand staffing needs, hiring priorities, and what success looks like in each role.
- Build and maintain strong pipelines of qualified candidates, particularly for high-volume and hard-to-fill skilled-trade positions.
- Maintain consistent candidate communication and create a professional, responsive hiring experience from initial contact through offer.
- Track and manage candidates throughout the recruiting pipeline using Paylocity.
- Meet or exceed hiring targets while balancing speed, candidate quality, and workforce readiness across supported markets.
