The role of the Procurement Excellence Analyst is to provide reliable and efficient administrative and analytical support to the Procurement Manager, Global Network Operations, and Pooling teams. This role ensures the smooth execution of procurement processes, supplier communication, and the delivery of continuous improvements in line with Unilode’s values and competencies.
Key Responsibilities and Mapped Competencies:
Maintaining Smooth Procurement Operations:
Ensures Accountability, Drives Results
- Support the overall purchasing process, including tactical procurement for ad-hoc requests like ULD, nets, and consumables.
- Maintain daily communication with external suppliers to ensure timely order distribution.
- Track outstanding orders and ensure compliance with Supply contracts.
- Convert requisitions for ULD and associated products into purchase orders.
- Adhere to Purchasing Policies, delegation of authority, and segregation of duties.
Providing Relevant Supply and Demand Analysis:
Business Insight, Action-Oriented
- Conduct sourcing activities, including investigating potential suppliers and assisting with market and spend analysis.
- Prepare inquiries, summarize quotations, negotiate with suppliers, and finalize contract awards.
- Consolidate technical and economic information to conduct ULD TCO measurements and analysis.
Maintaining Effective Supplier Communication:
Collaborate, Customer Focus
- Respond to purchase order inquiries from external stakeholders.
- Manage regular and ad hoc communications with the supplier base.
- Represent Procurement in Site Management meetings as required.
Supporting Continuous Improvement and Reporting:

- Update the ULD production pipeline with the latest figures and changes.
- Produce and maintain monthly KPIs for the Procurement department.
- Identify and propose improvement opportunities while resolving P2P issues.
- Address supplier-related issues and support preventive actions.

Skills and Experience Required:
