At LayerZero Power Systems, we intentionally identify and develop high-potential talent early in their careers. This is not a traditional analyst role. It is an opportunity for an ambitious, analytically driven individual to begin a structured career path toward commodity management and supply chain leadership.

We are seeking someone who combines exceptional analytical skills with business acumen, intellectual curiosity, and the ability to influence others through facts, insight, and communication. The ideal candidate sees themselves eventually becoming a Commodity Manager, Director of Supply Chain, or even a Vice President of Supply Chain. If you are driven by continuous learning, ownership, leadership development, and challenging business problems, this position was designed for you.

Position Summary

The Supply Chain Analyst will support strategic sourcing, procurement, supplier performance, inventory management, cost analysis, and supply chain optimization initiatives. Working closely with experienced leaders across Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, and Manufacturing, you will use data-driven insights to influence decisions that impact company performance.

This role is designed for individuals with leadership potential who want accelerated development, executive exposure, and increasing levels of responsibility throughout their career. You will be challenged to think strategically, communicate effectively, identify opportunities, and develop the commercial and operational skills necessary to become a future supply chain leader.
