We are seeking a PRN Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our hospital-based team in Peru, Indiana, providing care across both inpatient and outpatient settings. Flexible weekday and weekend opportunities are available.

What You’ll Do
- Provide skilled OT interventions under the direction of an Occupational Therapist.
- Follow individualized treatment plans to support residents’ independence, safety, and quality of life.
- Monitor resident progress and communicate changes or concerns with the OT and care team.
- Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support quality resident care.
- Participate in professional development, team meetings, and continuing education.
- Lead and support community wellness programs and activities

Education: Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
Licensure: Valid Occupational Therapy Assistant state license or license eligibility.
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and assist residents as needed. Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks related to therapy.
Technology: Computer proficiency to document in an electronic medical record platform.
