Office Housekeeper — Part-Time

Job Summary
We are seeking a part-time evening Office Housekeeping Specialist, approximately 18–20 hours per week, to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitary working environment throughout the office premises. This role ensures that employees and visitors experience a safe and pleasant atmosphere by performing routine cleaning tasks and supporting facility upkeep.
Key Responsibilities
· Clean and sanitize office spaces, including workstations, meeting rooms, and common areas.
· Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors regularly.
· Dusting furniture, fixtures and office equipment.
· Empty trash bins and recycling containers; ensure proper waste disposal.
· Clean and restock restrooms with necessary supplies.
· Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen or break areas, including appliances and countertops.
· Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies as needed.
· Report on any maintenance issues or safety hazards.
· Follow company health and safety standards.
Skills and Qualifications
· High attention to detail and organizational skills.
· Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
· Physical stamina for lifting up to 25 lbs, bending, and standing for longer periods of time.
· Basic knowledge of cleaning supplies and equipment.
· Good communication skills for interacting with staff when necessary.
· Reliable and punctual.
· Positive attitude and respect for confidentiality.
· Commitment to maintaining a clean and healthy workspace.
Minimum Experience
· Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience in an office or similar environment.
· Familiarity with workplace safety procedures.
