The Ark Animal Clinic is seeking a Medical Director Veterinarian to lead our established veterinary hospital in the Las Vegas Valley. This is a rare opportunity to shape the culture, mentor a brand-new team, and design the medical standards of a revitalized hospital while partnering with a growing veterinary organization that truly values collaboration, innovation, and work-life balance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $130,000-$200,000 per year (negotiable)

Requirements

Key Qualifications:

  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent degree.
  • 5+ years of clinical experience, with leadership or management experience preferred.
  • Strong understanding of hospital operations, financial management, and veterinary regulations.
  • Excellent communication, mentorship, and problem-solving skills.
Salary Description
130,000 - 200,000/year
