We're handing one person the keys to our Orlando showroom. You'll train shoulder to shoulder with company leadership for four months. Then it's yours: the sales floor, the inventory, the schedule, and a service technician who reports to you.

GEM Supply is a family-owned janitorial and cleaning supply company that's been taking care of customers since 1930. Our Orlando megastore is where cleaning contractors, schools, property managers, restaurants, and facility teams come to shop products, see equipment run, and get their machines serviced. WHAT YOU'LL OWN

- The floor. Walk-ins greeted fast, problems solved on the spot, quotes out the door same day.

- The inventory. Stock levels, vendor orders, receiving, displays that look sharp.

- The team. You build the weekly schedule and direct our in-house service technician.

- The relationships. You'll know our top accounts by name, and they'll ask for you.

- The scoreboard. One concise weekly report to ownership: sales, inventory needs, what needs attention. A location under control.

COMPENSATION

- Competitive pay based on experience. We'll talk real numbers in the first conversation.

- Full-time, Monday through Friday. Your weekends are yours.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

- 2+ years in retail, showroom, counter sales, or store operations, with real time leading a shift, a team, or a location

- Comfort running a POS system and managing inventory and vendor orders

- A steady, professional manner.

- Self-sufficiency: after training, nobody's looking over your shoulder

- On your feet most of the day; able to lift up to 50 lbs

- Experience training or supervising others
