We are seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist to join our hospital-based team in Peru, Indiana, providing care across both inpatient and outpatient settings. Flexible weekday and weekend opportunities are available, and we will also consider candidates interested in part-time or consistent PRN availability.
What You’ll Do
- Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans to support mobility, safety, and independence.
- Provide skilled physical therapy services and monitor resident progress.
- Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation.
- Provide guidance and supervision to PTAs as appropriate.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team and participate in team meetings.
- Lead and support community wellness programs and events.

Education: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
Licensure: Valid Physical Therapist state license or license eligibility.
Skills: Strong clinical assessment skills. Proficient in developing and implementing effective treatment plans. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and assist clients as needed. Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks related to therapy.
Technology: Computer proficiency to document in electronic medical record platform.
