Develop and execute the tutoring program's annual, monthly and weekly plans. Drive on the ground execution to ensure business and operational targets are achieved. Lead hiring and interviewing efforts, assign roles that fit each candidate, and build a high performing team. Master product offerings, mentor and coach team members effectively, and take ownership and accountability for outcomes.

Strong Communication skills with proven ability in organizational management and a strong sense of ownership and commitment.

At least 1 Year of experience leading a team of 3 or more.

Experience working with youth/families.

Experience with managing budgets.
