POSITION SUMMARY
The Integrity Testing Technician is responsible for performing safe, integrity testing and pressure washing on measurement equipment on location for our clients. Candidates must be able to follow directions and comply with company standards while being able to work efficiently and completely the job in poor weather conditions. Applicant needs to be able to work outdoors no matter the weather.
Requirements
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Comply with all work safety procedures
- Keep accurate records of all hours worked, inventory parts used, and services performed.
- Efficiently follow direction from Leads and Supervisors
- Maintain professional behavior and proper communication with internal and external contacts, including company employees, customers, and outside vendors
- Properly utilize, care for, and secure all company tools, supplies, and vehicles
- Comply with all corporate policies and OSHA rules while carrying out work processes
- Perform installation and wiring of devices and RTUs
- Effectively manage time, follow directions and complete work within specified deadlines
- Successfully complete requested training classes and maintain all necessary safety certifications
- Assist with inventory counts
- Keep work area clean, organized, and hazard free
- Perform other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
COMPETENCIES
- Perform rigorous outdoor work for extended periods
- Follow instructions and collaborate effectively on a team
- Read, write and speak English fluently
- Proficient with a computer (install software, use email)
- Physically able to lift, push, pull and move at least 60 lbs
- Mechanical aptitude and experience working with hand tools
- Adaptable to work in all weather conditions
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, CERTIFICATIONS
- Valid driver’s license
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Hands-on experience in outdoor or physical labor
- Prior use of hand tools in a mechanical or construction environment
