Lead. Build. Grow. Transform.
Turning Point is seeking an experienced, visionary, and mission-driven Director of Treatment Services to lead the next chapter of our treatment services.
This is not simply a clinical management position.
We are looking for a leader who can build a high-performing treatment team, grow our client census, strengthen community and referral partnerships, and help transform the way culturally specific treatment services are delivered.
The Director of Treatment Services will provide strategic, operational, and clinical leadership for Turning Point’s treatment programs while ensuring services remain high-quality, culturally responsive, client-centered, and aligned with Minnesota’s substance use disorder treatment requirements.
The ideal candidate is someone who sees both the people and the possibilities, a leader who understands that excellent treatment requires excellent staff, strong systems, meaningful community relationships, and services that reflect the lived experiences of the people we serve.
If you are energized by the opportunity to build something stronger, grow something meaningful, and create treatment services that truly connect with clients, we want to meet you.
About the Opportunity
The Director of Treatment Services will play a critical role in strengthening and expanding Turning Point’s treatment services.
This leader will be responsible for ensuring the treatment department has the people, structure, systems, programming, partnerships, and strategy necessary to deliver exceptional services and support sustainable growth.
A key priority will be developing a strong and cohesive treatment team. The Director will recruit, coach, develop, and retain talented professionals while establishing a culture of accountability, collaboration, professional growth, and excellence.
The Director will also be expected to take an active role in growing the organization’s client census by strengthening referral relationships, increasing community awareness, identifying barriers to access, improving the client experience, and developing strategies that expand participation in Turning Point’s treatment programs.
Another major priority will be leading the development and implementation of culturally specific treatment services and curriculum that authentically reflect the communities Turning Point serves.
This position offers the opportunity to influence not only how services are delivered today, but how Turning Point’s treatment model evolves for the future.
