Description
Responsibilities & Duties
- Develop and maintain inspection reports
- Perform inspection across all stages of production and receiving
- Inspect and measure products according to quality standards, and drawing specifications
- Ensure products comply with company and customer requirements
- Ensure gauges, tools, and equipment are calibrated before use
- Document nonconforming material / quality issues
- Work closely with Quality Engineers
- Maintain all records / documentation of all inspections and potential issues
Requirements
- Minimum of 2-5 years of inspection
- Experience performing detailed product inspection using drawings and specifications
- Ability to perform and interpret First Article Inspection Report (FAIR)
- Experience with calipers, micrometers, height gauges, depth gauges
- Experience with Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM)
- Good organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
