Location and Hours:
This opportunity is to work full-time within the Phoenix and Prescott, AZ area (must be able to travel to both cities). Hours vary daily but must be available Monday through Friday between the hours of 7:00am-6:30pm.

The Senior FLR will report directly to the Field Operations Manager and will assist in overseeing the supervision of the collectors, perform site visits on a rotating basis, provide on-site training and re-training, support the Field Manager with on-boarding new collectors and serve as a floating support to obtain specimens when necessary to ensure coverage.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of Field Laboratory Representatives (FLR) which includes recruiting, hiring, training; scheduling, performance management, and oversight of performance at client site.
- Responsible for thorough training of staff including on-boarding and initial training on expectations surrounding compliance, HIPAA and the core job functions of the position.
- Create and maximize weekly staff schedule to fulfill client needs - ensuring efficient usage of staff hours and minimizing overtime.
- Responsible for the daily oversight of assigned staff in accordance with company policies and applicable laws, including physically visiting all assigned staff accounts on a regular rotation to ensure adequate oversight and customer satisfaction.
- Lead by motivating, inspiring, and coaching team to successful performance within their roles.
- Arrange or personally provide coverage for staff absences and vacancies.
- Partner with Sales Team on new account implementation for accounts with staff which includes attendance at client in-service and attending first time obtaining specimens.
- Maintain open communication with staff, supervisor and all departments as needed. Provide weekly reporting to direct supervisor.
- Ensure adherence to the Dominion Diagnostics Corporate Compliance Program.
- Provide the highest quality of service to our clients on a daily basis.
- Alongside the Director of Field Operations Manager/Supervisor, plan and assist in presenting annual refresher training on FLR processes, procedures, and compliance guidelines for your assigned team.
- Review FLR expense and mileage reports.
- Review weekly FLR timecards for accuracy.
- High School diploma or equivalent experience.
- 1+ years of management experience.
- Must be available to travel within the Arizona territory on a daily basis with short notice.
- High level or reliability, dedication and initiative.
- Must have good interpersonal skills to work well with clients, coworkers, and patients.
- Good writing, verbal skills and computer skills.
- Scheduling flexibility and dependability.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Reliable transportation.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to completing assigned tasks.
- 3 years or more of phlebotomy experience.
Physical Requirements:
- Physical stamina including standing for long periods, frequent walking, bending lifting, stooping, kneeling, reaching, twisting and squatting.
- Ability to perform repetitive manual tasks using hands and fingers for extended periods of time.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
