Training Schedule: New hires will train on 1st shift for approximately 45 days before transitioning to their assigned shift.

What You'll Do
As a Polymer Production Technician, you'll help support the safe and efficient production of polymer products by:
- Draining polymer from production reactors into totes and drums
- Connecting, monitoring, and handling industrial hoses and equipment
- Filtering finished products according to quality specifications
- Packaging and preparing finished goods for shipment
- Weighing and staging raw materials for production
- Assisting with material movement and production support activities
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Following all company safety policies, procedures, and work instructions
- Working closely with team members to support production goals

Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic math skills
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Commitment to working safely and following established procedures
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, or industrial experience
- Forklift experience
- Experience operating manufacturing equipment
Previous experience is helpful but not required. We provide training for individuals with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
Physical & Work Requirements
This position must be able to perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation, including:
- Regular lifting of materials up to 50 pounds
- Standing and walking for extended periods
- Frequent bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling
- Climbing stairs throughout the production facility
- Working in a manufacturing environment around production equipment
- Wearing required personal protective equipment, including a full-face respirator when necessary
