 Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and skilled X-Ray Technologist to join our Ambulatory Surgery Center team. This position is responsible for providing high-quality diagnostic imaging and fluoroscopy support during surgical and procedural cases while maintaining patient safety and following all applicable radiation safety standards.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Perform diagnostic X-rays and fluoroscopic imaging as ordered. 
  • Operate C-arm and other radiologic equipment during surgical procedures. 
  • Position patients appropriately to obtain quality images while maintaining patient safety and comfort. 
  • Assist physicians and surgical staff with imaging needs during procedures. 
  • Follow radiation safety practices and maintain proper use of protective equipment. 
  • Maintain imaging equipment and ensure supplies are available and ready for procedures. 
  • Complete required documentation accurately and timely. 
  • Follow infection prevention, sterile technique, and ASC safety protocols. 
  • Work collaboratively with physicians, nurses, surgical technologists, and other members of the surgical team.
Requirements

 Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program. 
  • Current ARRT certification in Radiography (R)
  • Current state-required radiologic technologist license, if applicable. 
  • Current BLS certification
  • Experience with C-arm and fluoroscopy preferred. 
  • Previous operating room, surgical, or ASC experience preferred. 
  • Strong communication, organization, and patient-care skills. 
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced surgical environment.
