WHAT Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary owner and internal expert for the Salesforce platform.

  • Understand, troubleshoot, and improve existing Flows and customizations developed by others.
  • Manage Salesforce data imports, exports, bulk updates, integrations, and data-quality processes.
  • Maintain appropriate development, testing, deployment, documentation, and platform-management practices.

  • Experience working with Salesforce data integration tools and strategies.
  • Experience in evaluating and implementing ETL/iPaaS solutions is a plus.
  • Advanced Excel or other data-analysis/business-intelligence tools.

Preferred Experience:

  • Conga Composer and document-generation solutions.
  • Apex and SOQL.
  • ERP, data warehouse, or other enterprise-system integrations.
  • Salesforce certifications such as Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, Business Analyst, or architecture-focused certifications.
  •  Associate or bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field (or equivalent experience).
