Description

   

What You'll Do

• Support and maintain end-user computers (Windows desktops and laptops) — setup, imaging, troubleshooting, and lifecycle management

• Administer Windows Server environments and Microsoft Azure services

• Manage users, access, and security through Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, and Microsoft 365

• Maintain networking across headquarters and farm sites — LAN/WAN, wireless, switching, and firewalls

• Administer and support the 3CX phone system and related communications

• Own backup, disaster recovery, patching, and endpoint security

• Coordinate with our third-party IT provider and vendors on projects and escalations

• Support data and reporting needs (e.g., SQL, Power BI type tools) as they arise

• Lead and partner with others on the Team on continuous improvement initiatives

• Document systems, processes, and procedures

Requirements

   

What You Bring

• 3+ years of hands-on IT systems administration experience

• Strong Windows administration skills across both desktop and Windows Server

• Experience managing users in Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure services

• Solid networking fundamentals — LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, switching, and firewalls

• Experience supporting a VoIP phone system (3CX a plus)

• Scripting and automation with PowerShell

• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills

• Ability to work independently and own problems end-to-end in an on-site role

• Comfort collaborating with an external IT provider


   

Nice to Have

• Exposure to data and reporting tools (SQL Server, Power BI, Microsoft Fabric)

• Experience in manufacturing, agriculture, or operations environments

• Virtualization (Hyper-V, VMware) and backup tools (e.g., Veeam)

• Relevant certifications (CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco, etc.)
